Margaret Schneck practices commercial litigation with an emphasis on professional liability and real estate matters. She also represents clients before the State Bar of California and the DFEH and EEOC. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in 1987 and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990. She is licensed in California (1990), the District of Colombia (1993) and before the United States Tax Court (1991).
Ms. Schneck was a partner in a San Francisco based firm until 2002. She has deep roots in San Jose which led to her association with Robinson & Wood starting in 2002. She is a volunteer fee arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Bar Association and State Bar of California and writes and lectures for the real estate industry.
