Mr. Suits' practice areas include construction defect and personal injury litigation. His experience in construction defect litigation includes cases involving the representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Mr. Suits received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School in 2003. During law school, he participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997.

He is currently a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and Association of Defense Counsel. He was born in Los Gatos, California and currently resides there.
