Dan Rainsbury graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1992 with a history major and a political science minor. After college, Mr. Rainsbury studied at the American University of Paris and in 1999 earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law (Magna Cum Laude). While in law school, Rainsbury participated in Moot Court and was an extern for federal district judge, William Matthew Byrne, Jr. (Central District).
At Robinson & Wood, Inc., Mr. Rainsbury's practice focuses on civil defense litigation in the areas of products liability, transportation liability, and insurance litigation and fraud. He participates in all phases of case handling and has drafted scores of coverage opinions and recommendations for clients.
