Andrew G. Watters is from San Mateo, Cailifornia. Mr. Watters graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 2002 with a B.A. in History, and received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2005. After passing the bar exam in 2005, Mr. Watters worked in-house at a medical group before joining the law firm of O'Brien Watters & Davis LLP (A/V-rated) in Santa Rosa, CA as an associate in 2006.

At O'Brien Watters & Davis, Mr. Watters practiced general civil litigation and high-asset family law from 2006-2009. Mr. Watters was a member of the Richard M. Sangster Inn of Court (Sonoma-Napa-Marin) and the service organization Active 20-30 International (Santa Rosa #50).

Mr. Watters joined Robinson & Wood in 2010, where he works on general insurance defense matters.

In his spare time, Mr. Watters plays on a softball team and does limited amounts of graphic design and computer programming.
