Mr. Procter grew up in Manhattan, Kansas, and earned a B.A. in Political Science from Kansas State University. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008.

While at SCU Law, Mr. Procter was an editor on the Santa Clara Computer & High Tech Law Journal, a competitor in the American Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Competition and recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Jury Law & Strategy.

Before joining Robinson & Wood, Mr. Procter clerked with the San Francisco and Santa Cruz District Attorneys' Offices and volunteered with Bay Area Legal Aid.

Mr. Procter was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009 and is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
