Headed by shareholder, Andrew W. Olsson, the estate planning and probate practice group has more than thirty years of collective experience in the preparation and implementation of individual estate plans. From the simplest of wills to the utilization of complex asset freeze strategies, members of the practice group have seen and done it all. Members of the group have lectured and taught for the national Chartered Life Underwriters program and the National Business Institute.

The practice group also provides probate and ancillary administration services to California residents as well as out of state decedent's estates on both contested and uncontested matters, including will contests and related disputes. The administration of a decedent's intervivos trust or trusts is also offered.
