Born in San Francisco, California, February 17, 1948. Admitted to California Bar (1975) and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California (1975). Mr. Lennon received his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco (B.A. 1970) and his law degree from University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D. 1975).

Mr. Lennon is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California; California State Bar; Santa Clara County Bar Association; Defense Research Institute; and California Defense Counsel.

He has served as an expert witness in professional liability cases, as a judicial arbitrator and a settlement judge pro tem in State Court. He also supervises the firm's internal training of attorneys in continuing legal education.
