Margaret Schneck practices commercial litigation with an emphasis on banking, real estate and professional liability matters; she also represents clients before the State Bar of California, the DFEH and EEOC. In her practice she emphasizes value added representation such as advance budgets for all matters, including all corresponding fees and costs. Among her clients is Wells Fargo Bank, for whom she handles a substantial amount of work.
Ms. Schneck received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in 1987 and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990. She is licensed in California (1990), the District of Columbia (1993) and before the United States Tax Court (1991).
Ms. Schneck was a partner in a San Francisco based firm until 2002. She has deep roots in San Jose which led to her association with Robinson & Wood starting in 2002. She is a volunteer fee arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Bar Association and State Bar of California and writes and lectures for the real estate industry.
