Mr. Nagle was born in Palo Alto, California and received a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, in 2004. He received his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in May 2007. During law school, he provided legal services to low-income clients through the McGeorge Community Legal Services program, and was awarded the Witkin Award for excellence in Contracts.
Mr. Nagle's experience is primarily in construction defect litigation and includes the representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. He has also had the opportunity to represent general contractors in several personal injury matters.
Before joining Robinson & Wood, Mr. Nagle served as a post-bar intern in the Consumer Protection Unit of the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted in a large case involving predatory lending and loan fraud.
