Our team of construction litigators and area of practice are both diverse and experienced. Our practice focuses on construction defect litigation, where we represent developers, general contractors, and subcontractors of all trades in large commercial projects, multi-family developments, and single family homes. Our close relationship with the various Special Masters, attorneys, and expert witnesses in this field translates into smoother litigation, quicker results, and lower costs and fees for the clients.

Our practice is not limited to construction defects, but includes a wide range of toxic torts, environmental claims, and homeowner association litigation. Porcelain insulators on electrical distribution systems, environmental conditions resulting in in-utero carbon monoxide poisoning, and chemical contamination of drinking water wells in the City of Fresno have been the subject of recent representation.
